Pablo Garcia-Pizano
Forward-deployed engineer.
I embed with teams, diagnose what's actually broken, and ship fixes that hold.
Most teams don't need another platform. They need someone in the room who can read the codebase, sit with the customer, and write the patch. I do that — fluent in AI agents, comfortable in ambiguous problems, allergic to slideware.
Featured work
2026HubScan / PortalPulse
A HubSpot audit engine that flags broken workflows, stale properties, dashboard rot, and pipeline drift. Monorepo, scanner engine, Chrome extension, web app, Railway-hosted. I lead engineering and ship most of the production code.
Agent Supply
We build production agents on Claude Managed Agents, OpenAI Workspace Agents, Spark DGX, or your stack. Outcome-priced, not seat-priced. The catalog is real — pipeline, desk, and back-office agents that run unattended.
HubSpot Buddy
A screen overlay that coaches HubSpot users in-product: what to fill, why it matters, what the next motion is. For revenue teams that hired HubSpot to grow but ended up training new reps on it instead.

I'm fluent in AI agents and the full surface of Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini tooling — and I've been writing production software for long enough to remember when none of that existed. I use the new tools where they earn their keep and write boring code everywhere else.
I lean on customer empathy as a primary engineering input. The best fixes come from sitting next to the person whose workflow broke, not from reading the bug report. I treat support transcripts as a first-class spec.
I'm best on small teams that are moving fast and need someone who can hold the whole loop: discovery, build, deploy, measure, iterate. Not the right fit if you need a specialist for a narrow slice.
